The official page of the Glasgow Real Ale Festival (G-RAF), organised by the Glasgow & West of Scotland branch of CAMRA

Welcome to the home page of the Glasgow Real Ale Festival (G-RAF) run by the Glasgow and West of Scotland branch of CAMRA. The 2024 Festival was held from the 6th to 8th June at The Briggait, near the River Clyde to the south of the city’s Merchant City area.

G-RAF 2024 had over 130 different real ales, ciders and foreign beers on offer, including a selection of gluten free and vegan friendly beers. We also had mead from The Rookery and a gin, rum and wine bar. Our beer list can be seen in our ‘Beer List’, which is also available in the ‘News’ menu above. The food vendors in 2024 were the Paisley Pie Co and Trail Grazers.

Our charity this year was the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, a registered Scottish charity that provides palliative care and support for people living in South Glasgow and East Renfrewshire. Have a look at the ‘Festival Charity’ item in the ‘About’ menu above for more information on what they do.

The festival was open from 3:30pm until 10:00pm on Thursday, 6th June, 12:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday, 7th June and 12:00pm to 9:30pm on Saturday, 8th June. Tickets, costing £8.00, were available at the door. Advance tickets could be bought by going to our TCKTY website. Advance tickets cost £18.00 and included £10.00 of beer tokens. Special rates were available for CAMRA members.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors, advertisers, volunteers and customers without whom we would not have been able to hold the Glasgow Real Ale Festival. Now that the festival is over we have turned our thoughts to next year and we look forward to welcoming everyone to G-RAF 2025.
