Welcome to the home page of the Glasgow Real Ale Festival (G-RAF) run by the Glasgow and West of Scotland branch of CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale.
The 2025 Festival was held from the 19th to 21st June at The Briggait, near the River Clyde to the south of the city’s Merchant City area. We featured over 130 different real ales, ciders and foreign beers, including a selection of gluten free and vegan friendly beers. We also had mead from The Rookery and a gin, rum and wine bar. Our KeyKeg and foriegn bar was run by Two Towns Down Brewing. Both the Paisley Pie Company and Trail Grazers, our food vendors from G-RAF 2024, returned to the festival in 2025.
Our charity for 2025 was, like in 2024, the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, a registered Scottish charity that provides palliative care and support for people living in South Glasgow and East Renfrewshire. Have a look at the ‘Festival Charity’ item in the ‘About’ menu above for more information on what they do.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors, volunteers and customers without whom we would not have been able to hold the Glasgow Real Ale Festival. Now that G-RAF 2025 is over we are already looking towards G-RAF 2026. To help in the planning of the next festival we are running a survey of what you thought of the festival. We would be grateful if you would take the time to complete the G-RAF Visitor Survey. We look forward to welcoming everyone to G-RAF 2026.
Below are some photos from the last few festivals. More photographs can be viewed by selecting a photo gallery from the ‘News’ menu option at the top of the page.
