Welcome to the home page of the Glasgow Real Ale Festival (G-RAF) run by the Glasgow and West of Scotland branch of CAMRA. The dates for G-RAF 2023 were 15th to 17th June and was held at The Briggait, near the River Clyde to the south of the city’s Merchant City area.
This year at the festival we had over 160 different real ales, ciders and foreign beers on offer, including a selection of gluten free and vegan friendly beers. We also had mead from The Rookery and a gin and wine bar run by Corke & Caske. Have a look at our drinks list by going to the ‘Beer List’ item in the ‘News’ menu above. The Cafe at Kilcreggan attended once again this year. Our charity this year was the Scottish Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) which operates Scotland’s only air ambulance service out of Perth Airport. Have a look at the ‘Festival Charity’ item in the ‘About’ menu above.
The festival was open from 3:00pm until 10:00pm on Thursday, 15th June, 12:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday, 16th June and 12:00pm to 9:30pm on Saturday, 17th June. Tickets were available at the door or you could buy advance tickets by going HERE. Prices are shown at the bottom of the page.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors, volunteers and customers without whom we would not have been able to hold the Glasgow Real Ale Festival. We hope that everyone attending enjoyed G-RAF 2023 and look forward to welcoming everyone to G-RAF 2024. To help in the planning of G-RAF 2024 we are running a survey of what you thought of the festival. We would be grateful if you would take the time to complete the G-RAF 2023 Survey.
