Welcome to the home page of the Glasgow Real Ale Festival (G-RAF) run by the Glasgow and West of Scotland branch of CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale. The 2026 Festival was held at The Briggait, near the River Clyde to the south of the city’s Merchant City area, from Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th August.
Our charity partner in 2026 was once again the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, details of which can be found by selecting the ‘Festival Charity‘ link on the menu. If you wish to support the charity then we have a festival Just Giving page where you are able to make a donation.
If you head to our Facebook and Instagram pages you will find more information about the Glasgow Real Ale Festival and other events in the area.
The Glasgow Real Ale Festival is organised and staffed entirely by volunteers. If you wish to become involved in future festivals then click on the ‘Volunteering‘ link on the menu where you can find out more about volunteering and register your interest for future festivals.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors, volunteers and customers without whom we would not have been able to hold G-RAF 2026 and previous Glasgow Real Ale Festivals. Our thoughts have now turned to next year and we hope that we can welcome you all to G-RAF 2027.
Below are some photos from the last few festivals. More photographs can be viewed by selecting a festival year under the ‘Photo Galleries’ heading in the main menu.
